     The proximity to the beach, just one house away, and just steps away from the Mission Beach main street make the house comfortable with walking access to all that Mission Beach has to offer. The kitchen is bright and inviting and features a commercial stove for cooking fun! All you need to prepare your favorite foods is there. The kitchen flows into the dining area which has a huge table for your dining group. The dining room is just off the kitchen and features a great oval table with chairs for twelve. Vaulted ceilings and an adjacent garden make for lovely dining. Listen to the ocean as you chat with family and friends. The master suite is a private retreat for the couple of the house.      The ground floor has 2 bedrooms. One has a queen size bed adjacent to the garden. The other has 2 queens and an extra single and/or double if needed. Both rooms have big soaking tubs and showers. The second floor has the third bedroom with two queen size beds and the fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a double futon. The third floor has the fifth guest room. It is a very private room with its own private entrance as well accessibility through the house. It has a queen bed and private bathroom. The third floor also houses the master suite with a King size bed and outdoor living areas with an open sunning patio and views to sit and watch the ocean, yet is private where no one can see you. The Master Suite also has a large teak soaking tub with an ocean view in addition to a shower and bathroom; also off the Master is a "study."
     There are four patios throughout this beautiful house. The ground floor features a large patio with table, umbrella and seating areas with a breathtaking ocean view. The second floor has a balcony with a table and chairs and the third floor, master bedroom balcony offers an open air view of the ocean. The third floor also sports a small balcony off the studio bedroom with a lounge chair. There is a two car closed garage and a third carport on the side of the house. Parking in Mission Beach is free all day. There are close-by areas for overnight parking, at no charge.
