With timely cancellation (30 days written notice), all advance funds will be returned less 10% of the rent and deposited funds. 50% of deposit funds (rent and security deposit) will be forfeited if written cancellation received less than 30 days before scheduled arrival. No refunds will be given for early departure, as you are responsible for the entire time booked once within the non-cancellation period. | |||
